It could be wasting time using it while knowing qualified requirements in the fields. 2. Even having interviews, there's no further feedback from HR when using LinkedIn. I think I'll try other platforma for job hunting and use LinkedIn for collecting industrial trending and qualifications unless any public data indicates higher matching rate using the platform.
