The recent WHO pandemic treaty (revision) attempted to legally bind countries to global vaxx mandates. ...this was not a good idea considering that mRNA technology did not "flatten the curves" and evidently causes more problems than it can solve (at least at this time). I know people who were adversely affected by the vaxx mandate. They tried to "do the right thing". They got shots and now they are debilitated and can't work. Many who did not take the shots also lost jobs. I've seen the homeless population in the northern VA increase, e.g. tent camps similar to California. So what benefits have we derived from mandates? ...when we had a survival rate of over 97% for reported cases before the first vaxx Dec 14, 2020? If the shots were "safe and effective" then why has the PREP Act been extended to protect vaxx makers from lawsuits stemming from their drugs not being "safe or effective"? https://lnkd.in/ePKn3GDZ Why do we have legislation to protect vaxx companies but not very much in the way to help those who were coerced (by mandates) into getting vaxxed and got injured? Will the current administration address this before the 2024 election? Now that the WHO pandemic treaty has met its fate, when is the US government going to step in and "do the right thing" to help people suffering from vaxx side effects and long COVID due to "breakthrough infections" (i.e. failure cases of shots)? We need to extend the range of response strategies. We should focus on multi-pronged strategies that prevent or reduce the probability of exposure in the first place.

There are many ways in which the legal system is abused, by those people and organisations with large financial resources . The ability to fund appeal is essential to redress this inbalance. We need the law to function as a society but that law must be there for all citizens not just those who have sufficient money.
