Cheers to the Edgewater Ventures project team for topping out on two distribution facilities in North Myrtle Beach's Palmetto Coast Industrial Park! Undergoing simultaneous construction, one of the two 165,000-SF structures will serve Pepsi Bottling Ventures’ expanding distribution operations, and the second is a speculative warehouse with additional concrete pads for future expansion.
