Need a good start to your week? Here is a inspiring short video on the traits of good leaders from young and future leaders. These are inspirational young leaders with incredible words of wisdom. What they are learning and sharing are what make leaders great. Belpre Elementary School students share their leadership experience Belpre Elementary School has a program for students to become a leader and improve their communication skills. “Leadership mostly because you are very kind and when you are on the lighthouse team and you are like a mean person, people aren’t going to think of you as a leader. So, what I learn the most is being a leader and being kind you know, helping others whenever they need help because sometimes people don’t ask for help because they are like tough, but sometimes they just need a little help” Maddie Richards, Lighthouse team student. https://lnkd.in/eMR9uumq

How did it get so bad at American colleges? It’s frightening to watch how the mobs ran riot, and something has to change. It starts with the high schoolers, teaching them, giving them the tools, to make a difference. We’re launching a leadership program designed to just that. If you know an 11th or 12th grader ready to become a leader, share this with them. #leader

Our Leadership is either MAGNETIC or REPELLING You all remember doing that experiment in primary school where we took a magnet under a piece of paper and all the iron filings were drawn to the middle of the page...then we flipped the magnet around and all the iron fillings shot off the page. Magnetic - drawing people towards us Repelling - having people avoid us at all costs. Good news, all leadership can be developed!!! And our 10 Track Training tackles the repelling characteristics of our leadership and helps us build a Magnetic Leadership style. Help your staff become the best possible leaders... ..."Because everything rises and falls on leadership" Get in touch info@protegeproject.co.za

A very important thought to keep in mind Many people are promoted or recruited into leadership positions without understanding the fundamental philosophy of leadership: It’s all about people. When you are a leader, you are no longer responsible for doing the job; you are now responsible for inspiring, coaching, mentoring and motivating your team to become the very best version of themselves, which will help them produce their very best work.
