Summary of Kubernetes Services: 1. Netfilter Hooks & Iptables Rules: - Traffic comes in and passes through hooks like PRE_ROUTING (initial interception). 2. Kube-Proxy Setup: - Kube-proxy configures KUBE-SERVICES and other custom chains using iptables. 3. Service Chains: - Traffic is checked against Service rules in the KUBE-SERVICES chain to match a specific Service. 4. Destination NAT (DNAT): - If a match is found, the destination IP is rewritten to the pod's IP using DNAT. 5. Traffic to Pod: - Traffic is sent directly to the Pod IP, bypassing other intermediaries.

Hello, I am using this example to set up SSO for my ingress controller: https://lnkd.in/gj_gcHvN and I am facing two issues: If I used the same hostname for both ingresses, one ingress will lose all IPs. If I switch to a different hostname, the SSO work but I can still access the service even when I am not logged in. I tried with two public hosts on cloudflare but can still access the service with or without login. My system is an on-premise which is running on metallb ARP mode. Thanks in advanced.

Here is a simple http proxy written in go. I made this so I could intercept web traffic to kubernetes services such as kubectl proxy or just standard ingress. Wireshark can be just too much.
