A recent study by AbbVie released in conjunction with the 2024 ASCO Annual Meeting used ConcertAI Patient360™ US dataset to assess biomarker testing disparities and their impact on overall survival. Results revealed disparities in testing rates and outcomes, particularly among different racial groups and treatment settings. Normalizing testing across race and treatment setting could potentially improve patient outcomes. More research is needed to confirm the impact of lack of biomarker testing on patient outcomes.
