Job Title: Part-Time HR Compliance and Government Liaison in KAEC, KSA We are seeking a part-time HR professional to manage compliance and act as our liaison with government authorities. The ideal candidate will handle the following responsibilities: Work closely with the Ministry of Commerce, HRSD, Qiwa, Ministry of Interior, and relevant bank accounts. Oversee payroll, Iqama processes, and company-related HR documentation. Manage visa applications for new hires and renew company licenses with the Commercial Registry (CR). Handle KAEC license applications and renewals. Coordinate employee orientation, particularly for Iqama-related paperwork. Serve as the primary point of contact for both local employees and our offshore team. Location: Candidates from Jeddah or the KAEC area are preferred. Human Resources Excellence Resources Management in Saudi Arabia: It is a management that deals with the management of employee affairs (recruitment, training, evaluation, salaries, and solving employee problems), and the application of the regulatory regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources. First: You must know and understand the Labor Law, its executive regulations, the penalties regulations, and the Saudi Professional Classification Guide. Second: Understand and implement all ministerial decisions. Third: Understand all government platforms (Social Insurance and its regulations, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem or Absher Business, Tatweer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce). Fourth: Be familiar with important Excel formulas (calculations, vlookup, etc.). Fifth: Familiarize yourself, understand, and train on organizational structures, job descriptions, authority matrices, policies and procedures, and performance evaluation (KPIs). Resources management involves interconnected processes, and nothing is done without implementing a set of procedures, for example, in recruitment. - A vacancy will be announced, then the employee will be nominated based on the Saudi Professional Classification Guide and whether the required competencies are met. If the employee is suitable for the job vacancy, they will be appointed, and then an employment contract will be made in Qiwa, which will be reflected in the Social Insurance. They will be provided with medical insurance, included in the payroll, and a personnel file will be created for them. Their performance will be evaluated during the probation period. We notice that these are interconnected processes to complete the employee's appointment.
