We're not just talking about a shift in tools and techniques; we're witnessing a transformation in how we think about recruitment itself! This is exciting.

Really interesting point about it being humans using AI who will replace those who don't use it, rather than AI itself replacing humans.

I love the idea that AI could actually be helpful for DEIB initiatives. I've heard that AI datasets having some of the same problematic inherent bias's as humans, i.e. racism, sexism, etc. What kinds of things are being done to mitigate or control for that? Is that also built into analytics?
