How do you integrate #NPS into a comprehensive CX measurement system? Measure your NPS scores against industry and out-of-industry benchmarks, but keep in mind that industry norms sometimes lag behind changing customer sentiment. Keep collecting the data continuously, and take a holistic approach to interpreting it. Most importantly, NPS needs to be considered in concert with other customer satisfaction metrics like lifetime value and renewal rate. After all, customer satisfaction surveys only capture attitudinal information,reflecting what customers think and feel, but not necessarily what they do. To bridge this gap, you need to delve into customer activities on a mouse-click level as well.
