Just finished up an amazing time at the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Virtual Summit on Human Resources! It was a great event full of useful tips and info that I was really excited to be a part of. We talked about a bunch of stuff like Cultural Belonging, Mergers and Acquisitions, Immigration and I-9 Compliance, Encouraging Employees to Embrace Your Business, and Strategies for Keeping Employees Happy!
