Samson Enzer, chair of Cahill’s Cryptocurrency and FinTech group, was quoted in Unchained’s April 12, 2024 article, “SEC Puts DeFi in Its Sights With Potential Uniswap Suit,” regarding the SEC delivering a Wells notice to Uniswap Labs.
