🌟 Top 5 Metrics to Measure the Success of Your Recruitment Process 🌟 As we navigate the new landscape of 2024, understanding the effectiveness of recruitment strategies has become more critical than ever. Engaging daily with talent leaders hiring across a range of sectors - from budding Early Careers, to Sales Representatives and strategic Project Managers, it's been interesting to see what success metrics employers are prioritising in the new world of GenAI. Conversion Rates: The increase in use of GenAI tools to influence everything from CVs, to SJTs to video interviews means we need a sharper eye on conversion rates. It's crucial to ensure your stages are robust enough to translate into high-quality hires. 🌍 2. Candidate Diversity Pipeline: Monitoring the diversity of the candidate pipeline at each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring no stage is adversely impacting any group of candidate. ⏰ 3. Time to Offer: This is where efficiency meets efficacy. It's essential to minimise the time from job posting to offer, without compromising the quality of your hires. By monitoring the time and resource saved in the recruitment process, talent teams can also better justify the costs of the tools they love! 📉 4.
