I get many such questions … Hence this week’s spotlight in on Shammi Dua, Vice President, Kearney.  Shammi is a Global Supply Chain leader having worked with leading organizations like Kearny, Unilever, Samsung Electronics, AkzoNobel, Mondelez, Reliance Retail. Ariba . I met Shammi during my days in AkzoNobel in India, ….the first thing which strikes about Shammi is his calm demeanor even in the time of crisis. Even at month end , when everyone is ‘running around ‘ getting trucks’, Shammi will deliver through a process driven approach, being calm and focused. Extremely positive in nature, Shammi can deal with ambiguity with ease , leading a diverse group into decision making.
