3 Things That Can Boost Your Vibe 😎 (Miss At Your Own Risk) --) SUNSHINE 🌞 Don't stay awake the entire night and screw up your mornings. Your body needs that daily dose of daylight. It doesn't want to spend the majority of its time in the dark. It needs sunlight to generate positive thoughts. Respect that algorithm! And you get sooooooo much more time in the morning as if 'time' itself is slowly waking up from its slumber. So, wake up early and let that sun fall on you right from dawn! --) GARDENING 👨🌾 When you watch your efforts gradually foster a new life, your life fosters unimaginable happiness. Plant a sapling today and take care of it. Trust me, you will observe more changes within your own self than in the plant. You will turn more patient, more mature, and more restful. And and and...those greenies will not only enhance your vibe, but the vibe of your house will become soothing too :) --) WATCH ❌️, READ ✅️ We leave our brains on autopilot mode when we keep binge-watching those episodes. But it is crucial to let your mind absorb whatever you consume. And the best way to do that? Read! But what about the vibe, right? It's so boring to read. But understand this...
