We all want our kids to eat healthy, but what do you do when your little one is a picky eater? 🤔 ☑️Introduce a variety of colors on the plate. It's not just appealing; it's also nutritious. ☑️Start with small servings to avoid overwhelming your child. They can always ask for more. ☑️New foods can take time to get used to. Don't give up. ☑️Let your kids help with cooking. They are more likely to eat what they have made. ☑️Eat the same foods as your child to show them there's nothing to fear. Remember, it's about progress, not perfection. #HealthyHabits #KSHCares #PickyEaters #HealthyKids #ParentingTips

Happy Sunday LinkedIn! Today is my food prep day, and I wanted to share some tips to make your food prep a little bit easier for you. 1. Track Your Meals with MyFitnessPal: Start by entering all your meals into MyFitnessPal. It's a great way to help you stay on track. 2. Prep for the Next Three Days: Save time during the week by prepping meals for the next three days. 3. Batch Cooking: Speed up your food prep by batch cooking. Quick tip, if your lunch includes 200 grams of chicken each day, cook a total of 600 grams at once and divide it into three containers. Simple 😀 4.Plan Your Snacks: Having healthy snacks ready to go will help you avoid reaching for less nutritious options when hunger strikes between meals. A little preparation goes a long way. If you're not prepping your meals and just winging it on the day, truth be told, you're setting yourself up for failure. Share your favourite prep tips in the comments below! #mealprep #planningforsuccess #mealprepideas

Summertime is a great time to get creative with fruit and veggie-centric snacks. Also, fun, delicious snacks don’t have to be packed with added sugar. For example, these homemade, no-added-sugar Pina Colada Style Banana Ice Pops. Alcohol-free, these are a delicious snack for kids and us adults too. I: Break out your blender and make them today. Get the recipe at the link in my bio above. Break out your blender and make them today. The recipe is in the comment box below. #TheKYNutritionAgency #Dietitian #healthyeating

Mindset & Balanced Nutrition Coach | Training others to ditch quick fix diets and enjoy carbs with a balanced sustainable nutrition approach | Travel Enthusiasts
'Truth is ever to be found in simplicity, and not in the multiplicity and confusion of things." - Isaac Newton Here's a quick recipe that will allow you to: 1) Look like a chef to your family. 2) Feel satiated for a few hours. Pro Tip: Add more protein and load up the veggies. 🍖 🐔 3) Allows for easy tracking in your favorite meal tracking app to help you stay on track. FYI: Toastada flat round chips can be found on the Hispanic aisle of your grocery store near taco shells. I enjoy carbs but these tend to have less carbs, around 8-10 per chip. Yes that means I typically will have 3 per meal dependinf on my meal intake goal. 😲 Comment below with any add on you'd top these toastadas with.👇🏽

Founder of Kindred Nutrition | Sports Dietitian + Eating Disorders | Podcast Host: Don't Be Foodish| Certified Media Expert
It can be confusing as a parent but often times when a child or young adult gets overly interested in baking, cooking, taking over grocery shopping, and other adult responsibilities involved with food, this can be a sign of an Eating Disorder. A symptom of restriction or starvation is compulsive thoughts of food. People can choose to focus on baking, buying food, or anything but eating the food to try and decrease the constant thoughts. This should be addressed in session with guidance on how to interrupt the symptom use with specific goals. Your dietitian is key in assessing this and providing direction on how to move forward. #edtreatment #edawareness #dietitian #eatingdisorder

Do This To Lose The Belly → Here's how you can start losing the gut to get 6 pack lean using my Business Body Blueprint in just 30-mins 3 days a week without starving yourself → Tap Visit My Website To Get The Routine 👇
This is the single easiest way to lose fat with simple meal prep. So I've got 1.1 kilos of chicken breast which is just over 2.2 pounds. And I get 4-5 meals worth if protein cooked quickly. This makes preparing meals fast and easy, mostly lunches, but can add this to a dinner or snack. Chicken breast is high protein low fat, which is ratio of protein per gram and calorie. This helps me stay lean and gives me more flexibility for dinners. And if I want to eat out with friends or date night or something like that. You can also do this with an air fryer. Do you already do meal prep? Let me know in the comments

I help fathers get their time back and go from dad bod to beach bod 💪🏻 Without eating their meals off a chopping board 🤦🏼♂️ Get started for free 👇🏻
Chopping board lies 🤥 The idea of fathers eating food on chopping boards is complete BS. Do me a favor and stop believing the BS about eating food on chopping boards. Chopping boards serve one purpose: chopping food. With the lack of time you have trying to provide for the family, rushing through traffic to pick up the kids, and struggling to find time to spend with your family, eating on a chopping board is not sustainable for you to achieve your goals. Also, this will look very silly and weird in front of your kids 🤔. Do me a favor and stop following this trend of eating food on chopping boards. Find out what works, and stick to it consistently. And lastly, be like a normal human being and eat your food off a plate. Cheers 👊🏾 #choppingboard #onlinecoaching #dadbod #healthylifestyle #healthyfood
