Last December, I began a journey of self-discovery by taking a break from full-time work. Feeling lost on how to navigate the next phase of my life, I found my guide in Achal Sir from SMARG EDUCATION. His expertise became evident in our first conversation, where he not only analyzed my profile but also provided course recommendations and unwavering support during my low moments. SMARG EDUCATION offers personalized teaching tailored to each student, seamlessly integrating individuals of all ages and work experiences into their classes. Despite health constraints preventing me from attending in-person sessions, the online classes were just as enriching and interactive, focusing on clearing concepts comprehensively. Achal Sir is not just a mentor but a compass, steering you back on course when needed. I remember once when the students were trying to predict the examination paper pattern and cutoff; he quickly brought everyone back to the class agenda by saying, “We should focus on preparing instead of predicting.” That’s Achal Sir for you. His straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable guidance is invaluable. I highly recommend SMARG EDUCATION for CAT/XAT/GMAT or MPP mentorship needs. #careeradvice #pgdm #cuetexam #counseling #publicpolicy

20th CIMQUSEF International Conference on Quality in Education. Overarching theme: Social and Emotional Learning (SEL): A Pillar in Strategies for Education Transformation. 🌟Presentation Recap 🌟 I'm thrilled to share my presentation from November 2023, delivered via Zoom at the 20th CIMQUSEF conference. The presentation focused on the intriguing topic of common-sense deprivation syndromes and their impact on multiple vital intelligences. 📚 Presentation Focus: This ongoing research explores the hypothesis that educational deficiencies are related to a deprived flow of common sense. Interestingly, these deficiencies can be found even in the best educational institutions. 🔍 Study Highlights: Common-Sense Examination: A theoretical study examining various facets of "common sense" and its expressions. Critical Comparison: A comparative analysis with other prominent educational and learning theories, including those of Skinner, Chomsky, Gestalt, Piaget, and Edgar Morin. 💡 Key Insights: By understanding the role of common-sense deprivation in education, we can uncover new approaches to enhance learning experiences and address educational gaps. I was excited to share these insights and engage in a vibrant discussion with attendees. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the dialogue. Your thoughts and feedback are always welcome! #Research #Education #CommonSense #LearningTheories #EducationalDevelopment #InnovationInEducation Day 2: Thursday 16 November 2023

🌟 Building Trust in the Class: A Key to Effective Teaching 🌟 As an educator, one of my most important goals is to create a class environment where students feel safe, valued, and heard. Trust is the foundation of this environment, and it starts with us. 👩🏫 Why Trust Matters: Trust fosters open communication, encourages students to take risks, and enhances their willingness to learn. It also helps build strong relationships supporting their academic and personal growth. 🔑 Here’s How I’m Working to Build Trust: Active Listening: I make it, a priority to listen to my students’ thoughts, concerns, and ideas. Your voice matters, and I am here to support you. Consistency: By being reliable and consistent in my actions and decisions, I aim to create a stable and predictable environment. Respect and Empathy: I strive to understand each student’s unique perspective and show respect for their individuality. #Education #TrustInTeaching #StudentSuccess #ClassroomEnvironment #TeachingJourney #PE #PSPE #PYP #IB #AUSIS
