Belonging and connection are critical for our overall wellbeing and positive mental health. As humans we are hard wired for connection so our communities we live in and create are important for all of us. But we can utilise our communities to create a shared vision, to build collective values, to create positive change. When we work together to achieve a common goal not only does it make us feel a sense of worth and belonging it also has the power to create truly impactful change for the better.
