We have been working with multiple enterprises at this moment Story Carpet and Talent Carpet. The work associated with each enterprise is different and the work structure is varied too. Story Carpet is an educational enterprise, whereas Talent Carpet is a recruitment agency. Both are aimed at transforming the lives of people. Even though we have been working for a while, I can see that one of the people in the enterprise is not being happy. There was something that was bothering her. She wasn't expressing it to anyone. If someone is not expressing themselves through words, they will express themselves through anger and other ways we can see explicitly. As I could see the difference and others complained about the attitude, I had to ask her to come to my cabin. I asked her the bothering point and she explained about the personal challenge that she is going through with her family. After she explained everything and I listened to her completely she was relieved. All she wanted was a listening ear. When we provided that everything was all right. Sometimes instead of speaking or coaching through the power of communication, we can also enable people through listening. #powerofcommunication #speaking #listening #nsrcel #linkedinforcreators

Like recruitment: - Consistency counts! You have to keep up your weekly activities no matter what, you may not see it instantly but come the end of the season, you'll be grateful you put in the time. - You don't have to be the best, be YOUR best: if you're matching your tips to whoever's at the top of the ladder, you won't get anywhere. Take chances, play to your strengths and focus on how far you've come. - It's all about the little wins: Yes, winning a double point Joker round is nice, but you need to pat yourself on the back if you've had a good round. Maybe you picked the right point margin, or even if it's just that your team won - all these little things count! - We're in it for the money: Call it love for the game, competitive spirit, or "the only job I'd be good at" everybody is competing to get the cash! You're not going to do all this work for free, and you're certainly not going to let some other recruiter swoop in on your 'hard earned' ($1000 prize). So play hard and play fair! Hope this cuts the mustard for the Linkedin police, and here's another real photo of me.

You may think that your skills may not apply but we are involved with so many different things these days that whatever it is you want to do I will be able to find a place for you. Please msg me with what you want to work on and ill find stuff for you to work on/develop, you dont need any experience of course and most likely there will be someone with industry experience working alongside you to learn from. Paid roles are mostly for independent artists/creators but can be discussed.
