2023 was a banner year for RedBalloon, with over 2 million job searches, thousands of new employers added, and major partnerships with PublicSquare, National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), Turning Point USA, and many others. 2023 also launched RedBalloon Recruiter which fundamentally changed the recruiter talent search market. Our first-of-its-kind expose on the harm of DEI in the workplace has turned the tide on this oppressive practice. This is not a political post. It's about authenticity. Tim Walz’s speech at the Dem’s Convention last night was all about his own personal story - about him as a regular guy. The Dems clearly see the value in authenticity. In a personality which is appealing. Theres nothing outstanding about Walz’s story. But that’s the point. The authenticity of his story is its strength. We don’t need to have a world-changing story to motivate a crowd or a team or a business. We just need to have an authentic one. And each of us has one of these – by definition. Why do we usually keep it hidden?
