📢 The Ghanaian Government has launched an improved framework for its diaspora: the Diaspora Engagement Policy! The Policy aims to help the Ghanaian diaspora: ✅ Reconnect ✅ Reintegrate ✅ and Invest in their country of origin. ✨ The Ghanaian #diaspora is a vital contributor to the socio-economic progress of Ghana. Harnessing its potential will pave the way for a more connected and inclusive future, while strengthening the implementation of the Global Compact on Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration (GCM). This policy was developed with support from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH through the programme “Shaping development-oriented migration“ (MEG).
