Don't fall at the final hurdle! Much credit to Birds Eye UK & IE for their on-pack promotion. Anyone who knows me and DesignHawk will know that I advocate giving back to consumers and on-pack promotions are an awesome way of engaging. Way more budget, like way more budget needs to go towards short-term marketing and i'll continue to beat that drum. But i'll repeat it, don't fall at the final hurdle. I bought two of these promo packs yesterday and as a family who loves a games night I thought i'd scan the QR code to see how i'd claim once I'd bought two more products on my next shop. Only to find out, buried deep in the T&Cs, that you need to buy four products in one single transaction. REALLY! Four products in one single transaction... Make it clear marketing people, because buying fours Birdseye products in one visit isn't normal shopping behaviour. Proper pissed me off.
