Regardless of our differing values, the phrase "united we stand, divided we fall" remains irrefutable. Let’s stand united. I recommend Tuchman's “The March of Folly.” This Pulitzer winning author’s historical work highlights some of the worst actions taken by leaders in history. They are global and catastrophic, and provide important perspective. Meanwhile, the media and politicians highlight individual acts that have no bearing on our collective well-being. Some of the actions and conversation lately have been “gossip and personal” in a historic context. Let's evaluate our leaders based on whether or not they have our best interests in mind, and can execute. We elect them for that reason. Our families, friends, freedom, and hard-earned assets, are sacred. Let's focus on TOGETHER and solidifying a common foundation for ourselves and future generations. Current and future may be different, but together we can move forward, working towards a brighter tomorrow

🌟 Redefining Success: A Journey Beyond Financial Goals 🌟 In the hustle and bustle of business, we often chase success with our eyes fixed on financial milestones. If wealth were the sole measure of success, my journey is still unfolding. But what if success is about more than just the bottom line? What if it’s about the impact we create, the lives we touch, and the communities we uplift? My businesses have given me the privilege to experience a different kind of success—one rooted in service. I’ve had the honor to be an alumnus of Leadership Rome and Leadership Georgia. I have served as Chairman of the Board for the Rome Floyd Chamber and President of the Board for the Boys & Girls Club of Northwest Georgia. These roles, among others, have shown me that true fulfillment comes from contributing to something greater than ourselves. I’ve also served on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Rome, the Development Authority Board, and worked with Walk a Mile in Her Shoes to fight domestic violence. Being part of the 100 Black Men organization has been a powerful reminder that success is about lifting others as we rise. For those of you, like me, still striving toward your financial goals, remember this: Success isn’t just about the destination. It’s about the journey, the lives you change, and the legacy you build along the way. I am grateful for the opportunities my businesses have provided, not just to succeed in business, but to succeed in making a difference.
