In my video last week I talked about the role of evidence vs. advice in helping you identify your (or your family's) nutrition, health, or feeding goals. (Hint: use evidence to determine WHAT and advice to help figure out HOW.) But how do you know what evidence to use to set those goals? Turns out, not all evidence is created equally. In this video I *tried* to explain the hierarchy of evidence as it relates to study design. I babbled, for sure (I'm out of practice!), but hopefully there are some nuggets of wisdom you can apply when evaluating scientific studies that you come across. #nutritionscience #evidence #hierarchyofevidence #experimentaldesign #studydesign #sciencefornonscientists
