I am really glad to be part of the #IISA24 conference, organised by DSS Lab, EPU-NTUA from National Technical University of Athens. Special thanks to Elissaios Sarmas and Vangelis Marinakis!! During the morning session, I have had the pleasure to present the #baseline #KPIs that we calculated in DigiBUILD Project. This calculation has been led by CARTIF, but collaboration with DSS Lab, EPU-NTUA and Università Politecnica delle Marche. #Energy, #DataQuality, #Economic, #IEQ, #Social, #Sustainability and #SRI have been our pillars. Main conclusion can be extracted in the way of the diversity of #buildings and #buildingsperfomance across Europe. The maturity levels are providing variety of levels, which can be observed in the #SRI. Is Europe ready for #Smartness? From the baseline calculation, it seems only subset of buildings are ready!!
