They took a moment to reflect, hold up the mirror and understand how they, individually and as a team support the Murphy strategy – Our Murphy Plant Influencers. Seen as pillars of our success, our influencers came together in the first of a four-part process. Supporting this process, the Murphy Plant leadership team. Setting the Culture starts with leadership, but to continuously improve and sustain a culture relies on commitment, trust, and accountability of every individual.
First, we revisited the strategy, discussing the “What” we do and the “How” we do it. Plus, how the business purpose and the influencer’s personal purpose come hand in hand. These sessions are more than just events, they're an investment in the personal and professional development of our team, a testament to our commitment to not just deliver to our values, but also to push the boundaries and lead from the front.
Murphy is setting the stage for a future where our influencers lead with purpose, contributing to a culture of excellence that plays an integral part in the way we go to work.
We will continue to build, but never neglecting the foundation which supports everything we do.
