Imagine you're troubleshooting a surge of customer complaints about one-way calls and sudden drops. At first glance, there's no obvious connection between these issues. But here's the kicker: 1️⃣Burst packet loss on one call leg causes the Back-to-Back User Agent (B2BUA) to terminate that connection. 2️⃣However, the other call leg stays active - but now it's talking to thin air!
