Delighted to share testimonials from Hy Nguyen, Bożena Nawara-Borek and Christoph Bremen.   The DCG team recently had the pleasure of running SEEC, our flagship benchmark, for the US market, engaging with 47 participants across 8 functions. The benchmark results, comparing Bayer’s digital commerce capabilities against over 30 peers in the US, identified, as Hy commented, “blind spots”, leading to decisions on where to prioritise digital commerce capability investment.   Key to the SEEC process, the actions have been implemented (in Bayer’s case) in the form of Design Sprints, ensuring that Bayer US is focussed on those capabilities that will deliver the most financial value to the business.
