The adoption of SAFe has decreased by 50% to 26%. Scaled Scrum took a 9% hit, to 19%. Overall, companies would prefer "Their own enterprise Agile framework” or "Would not follow a mandated Agile framework at the enterprise level.” I think this is great AND risky though. Great because companies increasingly realize that they need to adapt Agile to their own needs, and risky because, without a proven framework and support, there can be inconsistencies and a lack of clear direction. This can lead to challenges in scaling and sustaining Agile practices effectively. Thoughts? #Agile #SAFe #Leadership

So I went and devoured 10 years of agile gurus' advice. The result? I walked away with 3 timeless principles from the greatest minds in agile product management. Here are the golden takeaways: 1.
