When you apply to job openings online, how can you ensure your application gets read? Keep in mind that thousands of candidates are doing the same. You may think you would be perfect for the job, but so do hundreds of others. This is the way to get the attention of the reader: an outstanding LinkedIn profile. With a great profile, you will showcase yourself as a qualified candidate in the field you want to work for. Simple things such as creating content, having a great profile picture, a skills-related banner, and a clear about me section will put you way closer than other candidates. Think as a recruiter: who are you more likely to network with, the candidate who has a personal brand and has created a community around him, or the candidate who doesn't even have a banner? Remember that visibility is more important than ability. Create an executive presence on LinkedIn that stands out from the competition. If you want to create a LinkedIn profile that gets you hired, just comment "Profile," and I'll send you a few suggestions to improve your visibility. #linkedin #careeradvancement #personalbranding

Is your LinkedIn profile working hard enough for you? 🤔 In today's digital age, a well-optimized LinkedIn profile is more than a resume; it's a platform to showcase your brand 🚀, connect with industry leaders 👥, and attract new opportunities 🎯. Start by ensuring your headline isn't just your job title. Inject it with what makes you unique and how you add value 💪. Next, enrich your summary with stories of challenges faced, actions taken, and results achieved 📈. Use keywords relevant to your field but avoid overstuffing. Dive into the 'Featured' section to display your best work - articles you've written ✍️, projects you’ve led, or any media mentions 📣. Lastly, nurture your network not just by adding connections but by engaging meaningfully—comment on posts, share insights, and congratulate achievements 🎉. Transforming your LinkedIn profile can turn it from a static CV into a dynamic asset that works for you 24/7 ⏰. Ready to make the change? #LinkedInOptimization #BrandShowcase

Supporting clients and candidates across Coventry and the West Midlands area to find their ideal workers or job position.
Linkedin didn`t work for me and here`s why 👀 ... I made my Linkedin profile in 2021 when I was looking for a new role. I desperately wanted out of my job role and used LI to search for roles. I never uploaded, I didn`t know the difference between a follower and a connection, I never reached out or engaged with any content. I was angry that I didn`t find a role through LI and never used it again. Until I started my role in recruitment - I had 30 connections, no posts, no personal brand and no idea how to navigate my way through the platform. I started to learn how powerful linkedin really is and tried so hard to follow what others were doing to get the engagement and quite frankly, the same attention - but it didn`t work for me, the things I was posting were just not relatable to ME or MY experience. Stay with me... there is a point here, I promise 😂 Being you in every way is so important ! People buy into YOU so dont hide YOU ! Don`t follow what everyone else is doing, just because that has worked for them - doesn`t mean it will work for you. Stick with it, stay consistent and you will see the results 🌟 #personalbranding #recruitment #thursdaythoughts
