Did you know that the subtitle of my book was supposed to be something very different? When I was writing my first book, Artificial Intelligence for HR, way back in 2017 (before the hype cycle!), the publisher dropped in a generic subtitle as a placeholder. After I began conducting research, I realized I wanted the full title/subtitle to be ***Artificial Intelligence for HR: How to make work more human, not less.*** So I presented my idea to the publisher... and was told that in spite of the book being more than a year away from publication, the subtitle had already been "shopped around" and was no longer able to be changed. #frustrating It's always been my position that AI tools should help us to draw our candidates and workforce in closer so we can know and serve them better. 🤗 AI tools should NOT be used simply to keep them at arm's length. ❌ In other words, we need to keep the HUMAN in HIRING. ❤️❤️❤️ In this upcoming webinar with the combined teams at AMS and Enboarder, we're going to get into the SPECIFICS of how to do that. The Enboarder team has an AMAZING approach to this, and when Chris Jones shares it, you're guaranteed to smile. And Keira Pintão is a wealth of insight into what's working today to create more human experiences in hiring. We're not going to just drop meaningless platitudes on you.
