DUBAI BUSINESS VACATIONS FOR OFF-SEASON BUSINESS OWNERS My Idea for Dubai HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum There are many business owners around the world who have seasonal businesses and when the season is off their business is either off or is at its lowest point. These business owners usually spend their savings during their off-seasons. For example a lot of motels, guest houses, resorts and other business establishments go out of business during harsh winter season in many countries in the Northern Hemisphere. Another example is of the farmers whose lands are buried under snow during winter seasons and they sit home and eat up their savings. My idea of “Dubai Business Vacations” is that the Dubai Tourism in collaboration with Department of Economic Development and private sector should develop business vacation packages for such off season business owners which will facilitate them to spend their off business seasons in Dubai and spend their savings on different short term business investments in Dubai while also enjoying tourism in Dubai. My idea will contribute investments to Dubai’s economy and generate numerous new businesses as well as expand many existing ones. #Dubai

A successful manager has an important element in work, which is encouraging employees in his team to work, whether for a material or moral motive, because he is fully convinced that employees are the pillar of work in any company and they can achieve success or failure of the organization. A successful manager is considered a strong person who does not control employees, but rather treats them as his brother or as his sons. As for the failed manager, he does not respect employees and does not fulfill their legitimate rights. He imposes decisions without consultation and frustrates their efforts and attempts. In addition to the existence of many differences between a successful and a failed manager, but these points may greatly affect employees I personally left my job because my manager did not appreciate human resources and left the management to a person who is intellectually incomplete in dealing with people and wants an employee who is like a puppet who moves with strings and who controls them even in personal situations and obscures the personality and the loud voice and does not highlight the team with him in order for him to appear in the forefront. This personality is called the incomplete personality
