Yes sah! Dirk Zee does it again. I love the simplicity in the complexity. Nice! I worked in a process improvement unit for five years at a fortune 100 company. It is part mathematical and part scientific; while being creative to keep pushing for improvements. The sum is what matters at the point of arrival.
