Making eMobility Work

Master's Master Thesis: Developing an Electric Vehicle Efficiency Evaluation You are a motivated master’s student with strong analytical skills and interest in electric vehicles (EV) and power systems? You would like to develop a tool for evaluating EV efficiency based on various input factors in our Automotive team in a DAX40 company? The outcome will be a flexible simulation tool to model EV efficiency under different scenarios. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience developing a practical engineering tool. Then apply and make life easier, safer and greener with us! We are looking forward to your application! Job description * Power flow analysis: You will analyze the electric power flow in an electric vehicle (charging-battery-inverter-motor-recuperation, etc.) through market research and expert interviews, the power flow will be documented in a block diagram (pre-read: Webinar: 10 kWh per 100 km! https://lnkd.in/eEVPBe8E) * Efficiency Optimization: You identify areas of power “losses” in different power conversion systems through market analysis and expert interviews * Tool development: You will transfer the power flow model into a configurable Excel tool for further evaluation and scenario testing Identification and Integration: You will define key vehicle efficiency factors like weight, speed, airdrag, rolling resistance and will expand the excel tool with these factors * Reliable work: You provide semiconductor recommendation based on “cost-performance-efficiency” analysis   #Electrification #ElectricVehicles #EVs #CleanMobility #Engineering #Automotive #Sustainability #Decarbonization #Electromobility #Emobility #EfficiencyOptimization #ToolDevelopment #Modeling #Simulation #PowerSystems #PowerElectronics #PowerConversion #CostAnalysis #Semiconductor #AutomotiveEngineering #Excel #AnalyticalSkills #MasterThesis #Infineon #InfineonLife #InfineonCareers https://lnkd.in/dyeYgthb
