What do you do if a client asks you to help them with tasks that you didn’t originally agree to? This can happen often and you need to understand the scope of work that you are able to handle. Because if you have 10 clients and 2 of them have a situation where they need your help, you might be feeling overwhelmed fairly quickly. Be honest with yourself. Is this something that you are able to take on or should you refer your client to someone else who can handle the task at hand. Know what you can do and what you can’t do.
