Last year, we were proud to announce the launch of Disability:IN's Early Career Talent Accelerator program, supporting early-in-career professionals with #Disabilities along their career journeys. Today, we are only days away from the inaugural class' graduation, and we'd love for program participants to share their favorite experiences as we round out the 12-week program. If you are in the Early Career Talent Accelerator cohort, we encourage you to share your favorite moment(s) from the program thus far in the comments below! All of the sessions were great! The best part of it all was making 24 new friends in the disability community and growing professionally together

Disability:IN , thank you for the opportunity to participate in the inaugural cohort. It’s hard to believe 12 weeks have passed already! I echo Victoria O'Rear’s comment. Connecting and learning beside 24 incredibly talented people was inspiring! In addition to making new connections, I enjoyed our weekly meetings as they were impactful and gave me tangible tools to uplift and advocate for disability inclusion in the workplace.

This has been an awesome learning experience! Being able to have dedicated conversations and peer evaluations in addition to our group workshops has helped in developing a wider range of perspectives in advancing in our careers, and bringing a broader range of support to the disability community we are all a part of.

Disability:IN aside from meeting all the other individuals from across the United States who are part of this inaugural cohort, including the amazing Emily McDonald and Russell Shaffer, the learning and support have been invaluable. Each individual will take something that they’ve learned and will carry it with them on their future journeys; I know I will!🥰 Big shout out to all my new friends, the coffee chats were beautiful!

Congratulations! Hope to meet as many of you as possible as the conference next week!!! Let's chat!!!
