**Suicide Prevention: Every Life Matters** In a world where we often feel pressured to have it all together, it's important to remember that mental health struggles are real and valid. Sometimes, the weight of the world can feel unbearable, but taking the first step in reaching out for help can save a life. Suicide is preventable. It starts with recognizing the signs—withdrawal, hopelessness, drastic changes in behavior—and knowing that no one has to face their battles alone. A simple conversation can make a difference.
