QUESTLAB STUDIOS profile on LinkedIn to follow. 😉 This was the original name, not QuestBlade Studios. 🙄 The direction of the studio is changing in terms of game genre. More casual, more fun, more relaxing, more 2.5D & 2D. This is the studio's philosophy for 2025. Smaller, fun-to-play games can be launched easier and quicker, without compromising quality. 👍 And I am developing a passion for casual games 😻, it's more relaxing and thought-provoking - I used to play only MMORPGs & RPGs. And the name of the studio might finally settle on yet another, final name. 😁

One of my cooler visual projects! 👁️ Simulating the natural movement of waves. 🌊 I added a slider to show how different resolutions create different results. Perlin Noise is an algorithm frequently used in video games and movies to make environments look more natural! Check out how I did it here: https://lnkd.in/eGffcBr2

I expect that this is going to see a lot of use in Year of Quantum events next year: A quantum framework tailored to game engines, enabling everyone to explore quantum inspired game mechanics.
We’ve rebuilt our quantum game engine, generalized it, and we’ve been building tooling for Unity to enable game devs to make their own quantum games. We wanted to “take it out on the track”, so we downloaded a Platformer and added some quantum effects in under an hour instead of days. 100 points to your house if you can name the effects we’re using.

Queens, by LinkedIn Games which solve themselves. Once you learn the methods in the Official walkthrough, you should look to get better, by spending less time marking X's. Even better is to find one or two placements, after which the Game solves itself. A game solves itself when: 1) Auto X's are on, 2) there is always just one colour left after each move, until the game is solved. In Game 99, can you guess how many colours or squares that you need to place before the game solves itself?
