✨ Bless Your Cozy Blanket Ritual ✨ Transform your favorite blanket into a source of comfort and protection with this simple, sacred ritual. Every time you wrap yourself in it, you’ll feel the warmth of your intentions. Here’s how to do it: 🕯️ Set the Mood: Light a candle and create a peaceful space. Add a few drops of essential oil like lavender for calm or cedarwood for protection. 🌟 Hold Your Blanket: Sit with your blanket and take deep breaths. Focus on the energy of love, safety, and peace. 🗣️ Speak Your Intention: Say something like, “I bless this blanket with comfort, warmth, and protection.” ✨ Infuse Energy: Imagine your blanket absorbing all this positive energy. If you have a crystal, like rose quartz or black tourmaline, hold it while focusing on your intention. 💧 Optional Touch: Add a tiny drop of essential oil to the edges or mist it lightly with a calming spray for an extra boost of magic. 🌙 Wrap Yourself in Love: Use your blessed blanket for cozy nights, meditation, or anytime you need a little extra comfort. This small act of self-care turns a simple blanket into your personal sanctuary. 🧡 #SacredRituals #SelfCareMagic #CozyAndProtected #AutumnVibes #IntentionalLiving

Lavender ~ My gift to you is contemplation & calm communication and intuition. A high vibrational oil and a concentrated form of sun energy, lavender transforms sun energy and invites us to vibrate at a higher level. Lavender helps us to communicate authentically, to create deeper connection, as well as enhancing our intuition, call her in to support your natural gifts at this time. Mantra “It’s ok to pause, rest and just be”. The very name 'Lavender' is descriptive of these age-old uses, which go back to Roman times. The Latin word 'lavare' from which 'Lavender' derives, simply means 'to wash'. Although Lavender is a Mediterranean herb and at home in the dry, hot climate of the Provence, it has also long been cultivated as a commercial crop in Britain. In southern Europe, Lavender flowers early and provides welcome spring nectar for busy bees. The resulting honey is sold as a precious delicacy. However, in France the deeply violet flowered French Lavender (L stoechas) is by far the most common species encountered in the wild. It has been used medicinally in France as well as in England until about the middle of the 18th century and was an important ingredient of the famous 'vinegar of the four thieves', which at the time was hailed as one of the most effective preventative remedies against the plague. Lavender also had the power to ward off other invisible demons and devils, and was burnt for protection at the summer solstice. Magical Lavender is perhaps one of the best oils to use for purification, protection and for healing rituals. It calms and centres the mind and is a great aid for meditation. Its superior balancing qualities are ideal for chakra-balancing. It can be used to seal a platonic friendship, especially between teacher and student. Lavender is a plant of Mercury, and is well suited to calm an overactive mind and to stabilise emotions. It may be used for studying, as it may deepen understanding, but should be avoided in case of mental exhaustion (it will send you to sleep). Add a few drops to a spray bottle of spring water and spray around to clear your space ❤️ #natureswisdom #yogaforwomen #yogatrainer #yogatraininforwomen #yogaforwitches

When we create rituals to celebrate seasonal milestones, it helps us connect to our place in the universe and embrace more gratitude for the gifts that this world has given us. The summer solstice is a great day to participate in rituals that celebrate the source of all life on Earth - the sun. Here are some ideas: Gather traditional healing herbs: Ancient Celts particularly associated Yarrow, St. John’s Wort, Fern, and Mugwort with the solstice, but feel free to pick whatever herbs suit your fancy! Watch the sunrise - and sunset: You can embrace the sunrise with a yoga practice, or simply quietly observe the birth and end of the year’s longest day. Bathe in the sun: If you have the privacy, fully embrace the sun by disrobing and basking in the light for a safe period of time. Enjoy its warmth on your skin and embrace this connection. Create a shrine: This can be as simple or elaborate as you wish. Fill it with your favourite symbols of summer - wildflowers, herbs, and boldly coloured ribbons, crystals, and candles. Start a wish tree: Any tree or branch will do. Write down wishes/prayers on strips of paper, then tie these to the tree and let the sun nurture these wishes. How will you celebrate the longest day of the year? #solstice #rituals #celebrate #joy #tradition

The Pleasure Of Rose. A summery meditation to reawaken your sensuality and senses. 1. Look at the visual beauty of the flower, the different colours, the swirling curving shape, the delicately veined petals. 2. Hold the flower gently in your hand and lower your nose to inhale the precious fragrance, each has a different bouquet. 3. Gently touch the velvety soft petals, the solidity of the stem, the sharpness of the thorns. Enjoy the sensations in your hand. 4. For a moment pause to do nothing but appreciate the beautifulness the flower is offering you, appreciate her, her generosity, her gifts. 5. Now bring your attention back to yourself. Take a moment to notice how you are feeling. Give it a few seconds. Perhaps you notice your heart, or an increased sense of peacefulness, or more awareness. Maybe something else... a tingling, a sweetness, a warmth. Enjoy! #meditation #embodiedspirituality #relationships
