While human efforts remain crucial, nature has a surprising ally in the fight – the beaver. 🔥 As we know, beavers are ecosystem engineers, they build dams that create wetlands, which significantly reduce the risk of wildfires. These crucial, and biodiverse wetlands, act as natural firebreaks, helping to slow the spread of flames by retaining moisture and creating a barrier between the fired and surrounding landscapes. 🌎 At Ecosulis, we are constantly inspired by the role that animals like beavers play in supporting a healthier, safer, more biodiverse environment.
