We just kicked off our first Learner Advisory of the year at Distinctive Schools! 🚀 This initiative is all about amplifying student voices and enhancing the school experience for everyone. Together, we’ll learn more about the student journey, include their input in decision-making, and strengthen our school-family-community partnership.

Fall Break is here! 🍁 Distinctive Schools will be on Fall Break from October 11-14, 2024. Students will return to class on Tuesday, October 15. We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing break!

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re excited to highlight CICS Bucktown alum, Kaelyn Andrade, who now works at the National Museum of Mexican Art! Kaelyn’s passion for art blossomed at Bucktown, and today she’s leading the way in museum education and organizing impactful programs like Diá de los Muertos and Festival del Niño.
