Sure. I'm Andrew Jones. I'm the CEO of District Works. Steve Snyder, the president of District Works. So guys, guys, talk to me about District Works, what you guys have been doing, particularly in Oakland, and the impact that is making. Steve. Well, we're caretakers of the public realm. You know, we work with creative placemakers. We work on facilitating radical hospitality everywhere we go, inviting people to downtown Oakland and anywhere really where we District Works. Works throughout the Bay Area, so that's what we do. Andrew, that's exactly right. Everything that Steve said, but the way we do it, the new kind of culture around staffing models when you're deploying people, humans out into the public space, how we treat them, the wages that we give them, the training and the context for the work that we do around ecosystems of downtown. That's really what we're specializing in, right? So let's talk about this fit. I got the fedora on, man. Like I like, I like how you came tonight, man. So you when you came to win. I mean, game recognized game. I didn't have enough confidence to go sockless. It's OK, man. Hey, you're good where you are. But you guys came to win. It looks like, you know, you came, you came with the outfits to win. So they were just here, man, to go. They said they got $250 million invested in in Berkeley. But that's OK. That's OK. We'll figure out a collaboration. We like a little healthy competition. Absolutely. So for those who don't know about East Bay, EDA or the Innovation Awards. What would you guys tell him? Well, they said it's the Academy Awards of the Bay Area. So I've never been to the Academy Awards. So this is the next best thing, right? Absolutely, absolutely. Now it's killer. The, the, the interview that we did, you know, the question about opportunity was really struck me. And I love how the DA is setting contacts and giving space and, and, and really agency to small businesses, businesses doing cool things in the right way for them to call us out to see what, what we've got going and the difference. It means everything to us. So it's a real kudos to the team for acknowledging small business and his power in the community and setting us up to be seen in this in this format is just next level. So awesome. Awesome. Well, thank you guys. I'm gonna let you guys get a picture real quick.
