Hey guys, welcome to Divas Launch and Len, my name is Steph Chucks. In this video we are going to be setting up Redux and for that we are going to be using Redux toolkit. The last video we set up the back end, you can see it running and the front entry is also running. So today we're going to setting up the redox on the front end. So let's get started. First I wanted to do is simply just go to Google and type Redux Toolkit. Select the first option. And click on Get Started. These how to get started, so Scroll down right here. We already have an existing app, so this first option is not for us to go to existing A. We're using Yan, so just click on Yan. Copy this. Close O que the terminal, run this and add this. Next one just wide that is running. Copy the next one. And let's wait for this to finish. Ohh business here all run out also. I don't think we have any other team to do right here. The next door we want to do is to go to quick starts. And here we're going to set U. Redox toolkits folders O the first thing. In your generals. Folder structure Create a folder called store. And then in that folder called store. Make sure you're in the folder called store. Let's create a file called store. That Jesus. Alright, it's in this story are going to create all our slides and all of that so. A lot of that is running. Just copy this. And paste here. Save. Then we're going to go to. Index. So first of all, let's just. Create another folder. Call slices. And they were just going to create. A. Slice. Called counter slice. So counter that slice. And that seemed to Jess. It's just to. Help us out. Umm. And then we're going to. Copy all the information we have here. Yeah, so just click on this copy here. And paste it. Alright, save. Umm. Yeah. Next thing we want to do and Please note that the reason why we created this in small letters because it's not a react component, it's just a file. Alright, sorry. So while you're doing that. Why are you doing that? The next thing we want to do is to make sure that. We also bring this into our app that's J which is under score app dot JS. Alright. Not here. Not in documents but in under score after Jeff. So the first thing we want to do is I want to import store. Import store. I want to import it from. Where we saved it store. Alright, next thing you also want to import provider and that's going to come from. React, Redux, SO provider. Umm. Provider. Alright, I'm not seeing any suggestions so let me go and just copy this. And since I'm not seeing any suggestions, I also have to go and reconfirm. That I have. Reacts redox installed O acket Jason React redux OK. Alright, so let's go back and. Or basically going to do is I'm going to bring in this provider here. So provider. And provider is going to wrap around. Our parents components. And then one more thing we need to pass into this provider is something called store. Which is the same store that we created initially. Alright. Let's just go and make sure that we're not missing anything. Hmm. Alright, so last thing is that we're going to bring in. D reducer into the store. Alright, so let's go to the store. And then we're going to say cost. Counter Remember that this is just a test, alright, We're still going to have. The one for ourselves. Alright so like user slides whatever other slides that we need. So count counter reducer from. At. Sorry, I'm using coins. That's crazy. Imports. Counter. Reduce. From. It's. Store slash. Slices slash. Counter that slice. Alright, and here we're going to bring in the reducer. I'm going to call this counter. And then count the reducer. I hope that's correct. Yep, O when we go to. Let's go to. We are going to be setting up the. Umm. React query which is what we are going to be using to make calls from the back end. It's just like axios and fetch and all of that. But this is a more structured one that helps us to carry out automatic refreshes and all of that so. School. One more thing I'm going to do before I continue is that I'm going to branch out from Maine because right now I'm still on Main, so I'm just going to branch out. So I'm going to say kids check out. B. Dev. From there I'm going to make my commits and all of that so you can. Proceed and do that on your end. Same thing I'm going to do on the back end. I'm going to kill the back end. Say Gates, check out. Bdev So just in case we're make any mistake, we don't get to spoil what's already working. I'm sure you already know the users of GitHub, right? Or git, So git. Check out Be There. Yep. Yeah, and Dave, that should be cool. Yeah. So in the back end, I've not published it. I can just publish it. For the back end. Day 29 of #MY30DAYSWITHIDEATIONAXIS: Utilizing Vercel for Project Deployment! 🚀✨ As our time with Ideation Axis draws to a close, Day 29 was devoted to perfecting the vercel project deployment process. This workshop was revolutionary, giving us the abilities to smoothly implement our web projects online. 💻🌞 Here is an overview of what we discovered: A Brief Overview of Vercel: Vercel is a robust platform that makes it simple for developers to launch their online apps. We investigated its characteristics and discovered why so many people in the development world find it to be their first option. 📦 Project Setup: We jumped right into the setup, learning how to use Vercel to create and configure projects. All the steps were addressed, from configuring deployment settings to integrating our GitHub repositories. 🛠Troubleshooting and Debugging: Unexpected problems can occasionally arise when projects are deployed. To guarantee flawless launches, we acquired efficient techniques for debugging and troubleshooting deployments. 🏆 Prepared for the Final Project: Now that I have this information, I am eager to implement my final project. Vercel has simplified and streamlined the deployment process, freeing me up to concentrate more on developing and perfecting my ideas. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to David Arhin , Emmanuel Adjetey Hudson , Philip Gyimah Appiah, and the whole Ideation Axis team for their leadership and assistance. TLDR : We are looking for a CRACKED founding engineer We started InveeSync 6 months ago. And boy oh boy! it’s been an exciting although tumultuous journey so far. One of the most important learnings along the journey has been that much of early-stage startup product building is invalidating requirements/features/notions (hopefully with good guesses and a couple of iterations - validating). Running experiments which lead to the testing of hypotheses and conclusions with a high degree of confidence is the core of product building. The pace of shipping is the internal metric we want to reliably optimise to undig our heads out of the sand and prepare for the next phase of the journey. Shipping a) should be with a good first guess/starting point. Better the guess, lesser the iterations & b) is (idea -> working starting point -> feedback -> iterated acceptable solution) Basic checklist : a) Bangalore-based - no it cannot be remote (work from Sarjapur Road, near HSR) b) Full stack (4+ years of coding; 2+ years of product building) c) Infectious energy, visible excitement for startups, here for the 0-1 journey (it’s hella difficult and it’s hella satisfying) d) 10x dev, 100x attitude and high conviction Ahoy mate!
