2024 marks 20 years of our research into the % of women in senior management roles in mid-market companies around the world. Originally, 19.4% of senior management roles were held by women in the mid-market. Today, it has increased to 33.5%. While this is progress, it is disappointingly slow. As International Women’s month #IWD draws to a close The Talent Collective wants to acknowledge the 2024 theme, Invest in women: Accelerate progress. The article speaks on the departure of women in the CRE industry and the struggles they face when trying to advance within their careers.
