A strong and inclusive business culture is crucial for the success of any organization. Not only does it benefit the employees, but it also has a positive impact on customers and the bottom line. The importance of inclusion cannot be overstated, and it's great to see when individuals and companies prioritize it. Kudos to Jamie D for highlighting the significance of this topic. Let's continue to strive towards creating a workplace that values and celebrates diversity. #inclusion #inclusionmatters #bottomline

Deb!! It’s so exciting for me to see what’s going on because the DEI backlash is finally sifting out the performative people and companies that were never committed to the real work. Room is being made for the real ones to step up! The companies that were dedicated have only become more so. Now that those ones have fallen and are falling off the real work can be done. Adversity will always show the true motives of people. Let the warriors for good arise.

I could not agree more - there's nothing like working with people who care not about themselves, but the big picture and the people that hep get it done! No one is perfect, but we can all learn to be better. Good culture fosters that like milk to a newborn, and everyone around that feels it from the customer to the employees top to bottom
