King Safety cables prevent hose whip in the event of the accidental separation of a coupling or clamp device. The steel cables span the hose fittings to provide standby safety for the hose. Spring-loaded loops in the cable ends are easily opened to passover the couplings and provide a firm grip on the hose. For more information, visit our website > https://lnkd.in/gkaK2d5c

There’s a connection between warm weather and electrical shocks! Here's Part 2 of our shock prevention safety tips 🔌 1️⃣ Shocks may occur when the piece being welded loses contact with what it is being welded to, especially in cases where small pieces are being held in place by hand. 2️⃣ When you’re holding a piece that loses contact with the base material, YOU become the easiest path to ground. Gloves protect you from being the easiest path. 3️⃣ Material Grounding: If you are welding a separate piece to the unit (such as a pipe hanger), it needs to be grounded in some way to that unit. This can be accomplished using grounding straps, magnets, alligator clips, etc. #BathBuiltSafeBuillt #NationalSafetyMonth

#BehindTheScenes with our blast pots on the manufacturing floor! Did you know our bulk blasters include several safety features? Safety enhancing features include the CEN™ (controlled expansion nozzle) blowdown, which safely controls the expansion and velocity of exhaust air. This system minimizes the opportunity for dust abrasion of exhaust system components, dramatically reduces noise levels during blowdown to safe levels and allows the operator to fully open the exhaust valve and safely depressurize a 160 cu. ft. unit in about 8 minutes. Other safety features include a 3" flanged cleanout for easy emptying without heavy tools, the Halok® closure safety system that prevents operators from improperly opening and closing the 10" closure, an Ergo-Ladder® system for safe and comfortable access to the 10" closure and Manway Stay Brackets to assist in easy/correct installation of the manway cover.

Three different types of packing arrangements are available for the coil transport. The orientation of the coil depends on: • Available handling equipment • Overall dimensions (diameter and/or height) and • Mass (dictating whether the available container is suitable on the basis of distribution and floor strength) The coil orientation uses the direction of the coils axis and refers to this as the “EYE”
