Douglas Loyal Nerdahl’s Post

Old keys won't open new doors. I was in the mood for some pasta, and I had a few things in the fridge that I needed to work through. So, I thought I would try something different! Recently, I started up one of my old tricks: frying my pasta as a finishing touch. I borrowed this technique from Asian cuisine, as it is a common method for pasta. BBQ spaghetti is a Memphis tradition, and that is one of my favorite US food destinations. And if you're going to use BBQ sauce, you might as well use some bratwurst and brisket! I can think of few things better to top it all off with other than some blue cheese crumbles. If you want to learn how to cook in a way that will astonish your taste buds, one of the best things to practice is to isolate flavors and textures when you eat. Think not only about what you like and don't like, but give thought to why that is, and think about what might improve it. When you try new things you'll get a strange meal now and then, but keep it up and you'll come up with some winners! #creativity #socialnetworking #mindfullness #cuisine #chef

I still don't understand how you do your food choice and recipe in relation to weight loss, is it the food or the portion? Douglas Loyal Nerdahl

This is like when you clean out your fridge before you go on a vacation 😂 I’m sure it’s delicious, but it sounds like a weird combination
