🍲 Celebrate National Seafood Bisque Day with a Flavorful Twist! 🦐🦀 Dive into the delectable world of seafood bisque with our star ingredients - Nobashi Ebi and Kanikama 🌟 Looking to whip up something extraordinary? Try our tantalizing Seafood Bisque recipe that'll leave your taste buds begging for more. 🤤 🌊𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲🌊 Ingredients: 1 cup Nobashi Ebi (Butterfly Shrimp) 1 cup Kanikama (Imitation Crab Shreds) 2 tbsp butter 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 carrot, diced 1 celery stalk, diced 3 cups seafood stock 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup dry white wine Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for a couple of minutes to cook off the alcohol. Add the seafood stock and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add Nobashi Ebi and Kanikama, stirring gently. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
