Project: Stuffed Animal Wall Metrics of Success: 🧱 Ingegrity - were there gaps? Carefully-selected patching was done. 💞 Inclusion - beloved stuffies were all present and there was good representation from across the animal kingdom. 🌅 Durability & Longevity - Did the structure last the projected time (til the morning)? It did. Are your key indicators of success as well defined as these? Mine often aren’t, so I’m taking notes 🤣 #metricsthatmatter #successionplanning #successdefined #success #kpi #wishingyoujoy #parenthood

🦌 The Mama Deer: Lessons on Compassion, Courage, and Gratitude. This simple act of nature carries three powerful lessons for us: 1. Compassion: The mama deer’s concern for her baby made her go beyond her natural instincts and seek help from strangers. In our human lives, showing compassion means being there for others, even when it’s inconvenient. 🌱 2. Courage: The mama deer displayed great bravery in trusting humans to help. We can learn to be courageous in our own lives—whether it’s asking for help when we need it or being bold in difficult situations. 🌟 3. Gratitude: After her baby was freed, the mama deer expressed gratitude by bringing her baby forward to thank the couple. A small “thank you” can go a long way in building relationships and spreading positivity in our daily interactions. 🙏 Nature has so much to teach us if we pay attention. Let’s strive to be more compassionate, courageous, and grateful in our interactions. 🌿 #Compassion #Courage #Gratitude #LifeLessons #NatureInspires

Fascinating Discovery: Man Holds 200 Liters of Water in Stomach! 💦 The video discusses a unique animal that has a special water chamber in its stomach where it stores up to 200 liters of water at a time. This animal does not send the water to its kidneys but keeps it in the chamber for when it needs it. It is able to survive for a month without consuming the stored water. Additionally, the animal is described as having a well on its back. The video highlights the fascinating adaptation of this animal to survive in its environment. #MizanurRahmanAzhari #Ramadan2024 #ViralVideo #WaterChamber #StomachStorage #IncredibleFeats #MindBlown #BrainPower #Intellect #AmazingFacts #KhayrSharing

🚨 Cats often get a bad rap, painted as the villains of the pet world with hashtags like "evil cat" drawing millions of views on TikTok. Or take, for instance, a startling incident reported by Newsweek where a woman temporarily lost her vision after her cat struck her in the eye. It’s more common than it to hear stories about hit cats attacking their owners but why is it?? It’s obviously a clear sign we need to pay closer attention to what our kitties are trying to tell us. According to Jo Cora Wriglesworth, a clinical animal behaviorist from the U.K., understanding your cat’s body language is crucial to avoiding these misunderstandings. Cats have their own ways of showing displeasure, such as 1️⃣tail flicking 2️⃣ears pulling back 3️⃣ piercing direct stare or even 4️⃣ dilated pupils. These behaviors are often overlooked or misinterpreted by even the most loving cat owners, leading to unnecessary conflicts, Wriglesworth notes. PART 2 of 3 SIGNS YOUR HORSE IS CLEARING YOU ENERGETICALLY: "Notice if we are sweeping over your body with our muzzle and yawning.... When we take off your hats, unzip your jackets, and remove your belts it’s because we are trying to clear your crown, heart and belly centers. And when we then turn our butts to you, we are clearing your base. One of the ingredients for psychological safety in teams is to get to know each other at a deeper level - who we are in our professional roles. Today one of the teams I’m working with explored this with the help of my bag of toy animals. They discussed why they identify with their chosen animal, what would help their animal feel safer in the team, how can they help their animal get there and how can everyone else help. A fun way to explore a subject matter that can be challenging and requires a fair bit of guts. Though the real developments now happen in their everyday work, it’s amazing to see how far a team can travel in a short space of time. I wonder what animal you identify with in your team? #psychologicalsafety #teamdevelopment #workshop
