In case you missed it, JZ (AKA the King of QSR) shares his recipe for success in the latest #LeadersInLearning episode. Here’s the TLDR ⤵️ • L&D should play a strategic role in the organization vs. just responding to requests and reacting to change. • Every L&D intervention should integrate the 3Es: education, experience, and expertise. • Focus on the behaviors needed to attain KPIs, rather than just the numbers themselves. • Culture is about meeting fundamental needs first and then fostering a positive, supportive environment Watch John Zurovchak, PhD's full episode, linked in the comments.

Yesterday evening, I was watching an episode of Law & Order SVU (My daughter made me a fan) It was Season 8, episode 11. Stabler and Benson got into it after a tough case came across their desk and it threatened their work relationship, just because they saw things differently. At the end of the episode Stabler said something profound to Liv: "I just need space to disagree with you so that I don’t feel it’s going to cost me our partnership." In any work environment, creating SPACE for healthy disagreement is essential. The strongest teams aren’t the ones that always agree but the ones that allow DIVERSE perspectives to be shared without fear of damaging relationships. Disagreement is not a bad thing...as it FUELS innovation, better decisions, and mutual respect—but only when there’s trust that differing opinions are valued, not punished. Make space for respectful disagreement, build trust and watch your partnerships thrive. #Leadership #Collaboration #Teamwork #Innovation #Trust #HealthyDisagreement #AgileMindset #WorkRelationships #ScrumMasters
