𝟱 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴❌❌❌ 1️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐞.😡 Yes, I am serious, It's not funny, stop holding your pee 😆. Holding your pee is definitely not healthy for your bladder. I understand that leaving the classroom can be challenging, but try calling on the teacher next door or a volunteer to help monitor your class. You can also train and trust your students to manage themselves for the short period you are away. 2️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐤/𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞.🧇🍎 It is important to eat when you need to. Take breaks to refresh yourself by having a snack. Your body needs food to stay healthy, strong, and energetic. You can even eat when your students do, modeling healthy eating habits. Remember, you are a role model, show them that eating regularly and well is essential. 3️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐲.💦💦 Water is life! Teachers need to stay hydrated because we do a lot of mental and physical tasks that drains us. Drinking water keeps your body going and, it also makes your skin glow! So get yourself a WATER BOTTLE 😉😊 4️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚.💥 We all have tons of creative BIG ideas as teachers. Jot them down for next time and just be okay with the fact that you are human and you can't always do every cool idea you come up with right away. 5️⃣ 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. If you don’t take care of yourself, who will?🤷 Be intentional about your well-being. Rest when you need to, take breaks, and prioritize self-care. 🙏 What other things should teachers stop doing? share in the comment section, let's learn together.👍 ♻️Did you find this helpful? kindly share with other educators❤️ Happy New week, Happy New school year!🎉🎉🎉

Well, parents, you made it through the first part of the first day of school chaos! I hope your sanity is still intact, and if not, don’t worry. Although I am not a parent yet...by lunchtime, I’m pretty sure I have aged a few years myself after seeing my social media feeds loaded with the obligatory 'First Day of School Pics'. So...I could only grow a straggly goatee in high school, but this is a good look in the pic below lol Now, for the second half—parent pickup, bus pickup, and decoding your child’s vague responses about their day. Here are some tips: 🔹Parent Pickup: Get there early, bring snacks, and prepare for the Battle of the Car Line. Consider it your new cardio routine. 🔹Bus Pickup: Don’t panic if the bus is late; they’re probably just practicing their new “scenic route” skills. 🔹Child Interrogation: When asking about their day, brace yourself for the classic one-word answers: "Fine," "Good," and "Nothing." Try asking specific questions like, "Did you make any new friends?" or "What was the weirdest thing that happened today?" That way, you might get more than just a grunt in response! Good luck out there, parents—only 179 more days to go! #FirstDayOfSchool #ParentingWins #BackToSchool #School #Education #BUILDALEGACY Legacy Employer Concepts

A morning routine helps kids prepare for the school day ahead and reach their developmental milestones! ✨ Developmental milestones are things children can do by a given age, such as crawling, walking, running, and jumping. In this video, Rosita is keeping her body healthy with a nutritious breakfast and demonstrating her skills so that she can have back-and-forth conversations, remember three steps in a routine, and play a guessing game. To watch the full video and talk with little ones about what they can include in their own healthy morning routine, visit: https://lnkd.in/eVnuxVjE #Resources

📚 Holiday Prep for Parents! 🌟 As the holiday season approaches, it's important to plan how your child will spend their time to stay engaged and productive—without relying too much on gadgets! Here are some tips to help you manage the break: 🎨 Create a Holiday Schedule: Plan activities that are both fun and educational. Include time for outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, and family bonding. 📚 Keep Learning Fun: Incorporate light academic work like puzzles, reading challenges, or even educational games to keep their minds sharp while school is out. 👨👩👧👦 Limit Screen Time: Set clear boundaries for gadget use. You can use screen time as a reward for completing tasks or as part of a daily routine—but balance is key! 🏞️ Explore New Hobbies: Encourage your child to try something new like cooking, gardening, or learning a musical instrument. Remember, it’s all about balance! Help your child enjoy the holiday while still practicing healthy screen habits. As I’m preparing mentally to start my summer cut on Monday I was thinking what I’ll need to tweak and get more focused within my routine. And in summary this is what I came to: You know what gets you the most exciting results in your body shape? Hint: it’s not not the fancy diets and fancy workouts 🦄 🫡It’s the basic sh*t. 🫡It’s the boring sh*t. ❌You don’t need magic supplements or do fancy detoxes and juice diets. ❌You don’t need to add booty bands to your hip thrusts and squats. ✅You need to get good at the basics. ✅And get good at doing those consistently. If you’re doing something so out of the ordinary that you can’t imagine it being part of your life in the long term… then you won’t be able to sustain the results you got from it either. Find the basics that work for your life. 🔁 RINSE & REPEAT —————- Ps: you only have *2 more days to join my 8-week Sustainable Summer Cut program* to do it alongside me! 🔥 I’ll teach you the basics so you can keep doing it on your own afterwards 🔥 of course you’ll also lose 3-5 kg in the process ✨ 👯♀️ EDUCATION + FAT LOSS DM me for info and to join!!
